Stacy is a CPA with 18 years of US international tax experience. She joined USTAXFS in early 2021 and is responsible for the US tax compliance and advisory services for a robust portfolio of fund and corporate clients as well as overseeing the London Corporate/Funds team. She brings Big Four experience from KPMG and EY. Stacy has spent the last 12 years in London focusing on the US tax compliance and consulting needs for European private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds and asset managers.
Stacy has extensive experience advising clients on the US tax implications of investments, entity classification planning and fund launches.
As Director, Stacy is responsible for new business development and client services including managing client relationships and engagements effectively and providing leadership to the corporate/funds tax team.
Stacy has a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Grand Valley State University.
